
Hannah & Mason's is an upscale bistro located on tree lined Main Street, in a colonial home circa 1870's, in the quaint village of Cranbury. Hannah & Mason's was opened in 2004, and recently purchased by Executive Chef Christopher Posner, in conjunction with Chef Brian Kelly.
Executive Chef Christopher Posner is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, and has over 15 years of professional experience. Chef Brian Kelly attended The New England Culinary Institute and has a natural flair for plate presentation.
With a focus on quality and presentation, Hannah & Mason's strives to combine "city" dining with "country" dining. While Hannah & Mason's has the capabilities to cater small parties on premise, they specialize in off-premise events. Hannah and Mason's strives to put the cater back in catering -- with custom menus, one-on-one attention, and attention to detail -- they are becoming a premier caterer in the area.
